Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction with Agas & Tamar jewelry is our top priority. We offer refunds on all items within 14 days of receipt of package by our customer,

As long as the jewelry has not been worn and are in their original purchased condition, including all product documentation.

In any cases of refund a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 30$ or 5% of the transaction amount, the lowest among them.

In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.

Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
